The passionate team at Crosstail Studios, embarked on an extraordinary adventure to the renowned Cavanaugh Flight Museum in Dallas. For an entire week, our dedicated team of developers, artists, and aviation enthusiasts had the incredible opportunity to immerse ourselves in the world of aviation, collecting invaluable references and experiences for our upcoming A-1H Skyraider module in Digital Combat Simulator (DCS).
The Cavanaugh Flight Museum, home to a vast collection of meticulously restored vintage aircraft, provided the perfect setting for our research and development endeavors. We were determined to capture every intricate detail and essence of the A-1H Skyraider, a legendary ground-attack aircraft widely recognized for its service during the Vietnam War.
